What we collect
Account details — name, email, and phone number. Facility data you create — assets, work orders, photos, and the event history. A device identifier the mobile app generates on first launch. Basic usage and diagnostic information.

How we use it
To provide and operate the Service, process billing, send work-order and license notifications, provide support, and keep the Service secure. We do not sell your data.

Service providers
A small set of processors helps run the Service: Polar for payments, Cloudflare R2 for photo storage, and Apple and Google for mobile push notifications. Each processes data only to deliver its part of the Service.

Retention
Facility data is retained while your account is active and afterward in read-only form — Knurl is designed not to delete your operational record. To request an export or deletion of your data, contact us.

How data is protected — signed license tokens, device trust, an append-only audit log, and payments handled by a merchant of record — is described on the Security page.
